Our practice was conceived when three separate medical groups located in the same building, found that they were continually referring patients back and forth for complete treatment of their medical problems. Shortly thereafter, the doctors decided to combine their specialties and envisioned a customer-centered practice where patients would be treated by a comprehensive, integrated team offering a wide range of services. The vision became a reality in 2008, when the existing neurosurgery, orthopaedic and pain management practices merged into one, and became Neurosurgery, Orthopaedic and Spine Specialists, PC. In 2009, NOSS acquired REACT Physical Therapy, also in the same building, and then expanded again in 2011, with the acquisition of a pain management practice in Torrington, Connecticut.
